Welcome to use "UStocks Steward" (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). The App is operated by the Developer (hereinafter referred to as "We"). 1. Information Collection and Use

We adhere to "Privacy First" and "Local Storage" principles.

1.1 Personal Transaction and Asset Data

All personal data generated by the core functions of this App (such as stock holdings, asset allocation, transaction history, dividend records, stock lending, and split/merger records, etc.) is stored locally on your device using Apple SwiftData technology. We cannot access, view, or back up this personal asset data.

1.2 Non-Identifiable Technical Data

To improve App stability and service quality, we may collect the following non-identifiable technical data:

• Device Information: Device model, operating system version.
• Usage Logs: App crash logs, performance data. This data is used solely for debugging and optimizing the user experience and cannot be used to identify you personally.

2. Third-Party Code and Services

To provide the functionalities within the App, UStocks Steward uses the following native frameworks and cloud services. These providers may collect and process your information according to their privacy policies:

• Google Firebase
  • Usage: Used for cloud functions and temporary storage of stock information. The system is stable and reliable.

• Apple SwiftData & SwiftUI
  • Usage: Uses Apple's latest native database technology to ensure efficient and stable data storage.
• FinMind
  • Usage: Source of market quote data.
  • Data Transmission: Your ticker search requests may be sent directly to these services' servers to retrieve quotes, but your sensitive financial data (holdings, costs, P&L) is never sent to these providers.
• Google AdMob
  • Usage: Used to display advertisements within the App to support development and maintenance.
  • Privacy Policy: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services

3. Advertising and Tracking

Our App uses Google AdMob to serve advertisements. In order to provide personalized ads and fulfill legal obligations in different regions, we use the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK for consent management.

• Data Collection for Ads: Google and its partners may use technologies such as advertising identifiers (e.g., IDFA on iOS) to collect information about your device and your interaction with ads to serve personalized advertisements.
